Is this a live shop or a demo?
It is a complete client demo. Cart, accounts, and orders work in the browser. No real card is charged.
How do I switch foods?
Mix old and new over seven days. Stay on a ratio an extra day if stools loosen. We write the scoops on the bag at pickup.
Do you deliver?
Yes. Orders over $40 ship free in the demo. Cash on delivery and demo cards both complete checkout.
Can I return an unopened bag?
Yes, within 14 days with the receipt. Opened bags can come back if the dog truly cannot eat them — we will swap the protein.
Is the food actually vet approved?
Grove Animal Clinic reviews every formula we keep. That is a named clinic, not a badge we invented in a brand meeting.
